WHAT IS YOUTH CLUB?
Youth Club is a weekly program of nurture, Christian fellowship and community for children in grades 1-5. The program supplements, but does not replace, basic programs of Christian Education, particularly Church School. Youth Club welcomes the participation of all interested children. We meet on Tuesdays, 4:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. from September to mid-December and late January to April.

The Youth Club Program
Youth Club proclaims the Gospel through the following four areas plus Sunday worship with each element making an essential contribution to the success of the whole program.
· BIBLE
The heart of the faith is the gospel story. We hope our children will grow more familiar with God's story and assured of God's presence with us through Bible Study. We use the Faith in Life 2 curriculum.
· CHOIR
An integral part of Youth Club is the participation of all children in the choir of their age group. Led by trained music staff, each choir participates in Sunday morning worship. Through choir, each child develops the ability to participate actively in worship. This experience enables the children to express thanks and praise to God. Children also develop positive attitudes towards music and learn to share their talents. The word of God is made real through a very special vehicle: MUSIC!
· RECREATION
The recreation program encourages a balance between body, mind and spirit. Our goal is to experience great fun at the expense of no one.
· DINNER
Dinner offers time for fellowship. Family conversation during dinner helps the table parents and children come to know each other. Following dinner, we play a table game or two, celebrate birthdays and holidays - in general enjoy each other!
